Chilcoat pleaded Not Guilty to all charges

This couple was arrested on an FTA warrant and booked in DC on 11/13/23

Charges: Obstruction of an Official Proceeding and Aiding and Abetting (1) Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds (2) Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a in Restricted Building or Grounds (3) Entering and Remaining on the Floor of Congress (4) Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds and in any of the Capitol Buildings (5) Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in any of the Capitol Buildings (6)
Chilcoat was arrested on 8/11/22. Her initial court appearance took place on 8/18- released on personal recognizance. Arraignment held 9/26/22, she plead not guilty to all counts. Status Conference set for 9/5/2023 at 9:00 AM via Telephonic/VTC before Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly.
