Miller pleaded Guilty to two charges: Obstruction of an Official Proceeding and Aiding and Abetting; and Assaulting, Resisting, or Impeding Certain Officers Using a Dangerous Weapon. The other charges are dismissed. On 5/23/22 Miller was sentenced to 33 months incarceration, 24 months of supervised release, $2,000 restitution, $200 special assessment; 100 hours community service
