Buteau was arrested on 6/23 and initially appeared in court on 7/1. She was released on personal recognizance. During an arraignment on 11/5/21, she pleaded not guilty to all counts. On 4/5/22, there was an order for the parties to file a further joint status report on or before June 3, 2022. During an arraignment on 5/4/2022, she plead not guilty to all counts. A plea agreement hearing is scheduled on 7/24/23. Sentencing set for 10/20/2023
