Chilcoat pleaded Not Guilty to all charges

This couple was arrested on an FTA warrant and booked in DC on 11/13/23

Charges: Obstruction of an Official Proceeding and Aiding and Abetting; Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds; Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds; Entering and Remaining on the Floor of Congress; Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds and in any of the Capitol Buildings; Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in any of the Capitol Buildings
Chilcoat was arrested on 8/11/22. He appeared in court on 8/23- released on personal recognizance. His preliminary hearing took place on 9/13. Arraignment held 9/26/22, she plead not guilty to all counts. Status Conference set for 9/5/2023 at 9:00 AM via Telephonic/VTC before Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly.
