**PMP LISTS ALL DEFENDANTS OF JAN 6 FOR HISTORICAL REASONS, WE URGE EACH WRITER TO DO THEIR OWN RESEARCH ON THESE DEFENDANTS**

On January 5th, 2021, Ray Epps can be seen on video taken by J6 defendant Tim Gionet (aka Baked Alaska) at the Black Lives Matter Plaza in DC. In this video, Epps is seen and heard yelling the following: ā€œWeā€™re far beyond that. In fact, tomorrowā€”I donā€™t even like to say it because Iā€™ll be arrestedā€”we need to go IN to the Capitol. Weā€™re here to defend the Constitution. [. . .] Iā€™m going to put this out there. Iā€™m probably going to jail for it. Tomorrow, we need to go IN to the Capitol. IN to the Capitol. Peacefully.ā€ On the day of January 6th, Epps can be seen at the site of the initial breach of the Capitol Grounds shortly before 1 PM (before President Trumpā€™s speech ended). He is active among the grounds throughout the next few hours, at one point even directing others in moving a metal trump sign (8 feet tall by 10 feet wide) directly towards the front lines of Police. Shortly before leaving, at 2:12 PM, Epps sent a text message to his nephew that reads: ā€œI was in the front with a few others. I also orchestrated it.ā€
